PreRetail works closely with its customers to ensure a smooth inbound receiving set up for suppliers. For containers a scheduled time would be agreed – with 4 loading bays/docks we are able to handle multiple deliveries.

Inbound stock/goods arrive in many different ways, shapes and sizes – full containers to individual boxes. PreRetail is able to handle single box, palletised and multiple loose box deliveries. All inbound goods are checked for damage and checked against delivery paperwork to ensure customers are getting what they paid for. Discrepancies are validated by another member of the team and paperwork amended accordingly. The customer is also informed immediately.

Once the stock/goods have been received into Ray Mill, they would be stored in the agreed space and in the way specified by the customer – pallet, bin, shelving, racking or floor space. We are able to accommodate most storage requirements from short term to long term with cost effective flexible rates. The customer only pays for what they use with PreRetail. Our storage facilities are HMRC (Bonded Warehousing-Dry Goods), fully alarmed with CCTV operating systems and sprinkler systems.

We store a variety of stock/goods from items with a weight of ½ ton to items weighing a few ounces.
