Orders can be sent to our robust IT warehousing stock system in a number of different formats. PreRetail will work around your requirements from order request by fax, email or through secure file transfer.
Order picking will be carried out by our enthusiastic team who, by the way, multi task so are involved in all aspects of your stock storage and distribution from loading bay to final carrier. They understand your stock and identify with your business
Picking can be a single item call off through multiple picks of different SKU’s to full shipments and cross-dock. Orders received before 11.00am will be shipped that day!
Packing stations are established in each customer storage area with all the necessary tools to ensure an efficient packing process. Customers are only paying PreRetail on an actual pick basis – a very cost effective way of handling this activity.
Outer packaging can be supplied by the customer or existing packaging can be recycled to save costs.
Goods are assembled in holding areas prior to distribution. Customers may have preferred carriers or alternatively PreRetail can use its contacts to arrange the lowest cost delivery option.
All shipments carry a unique identity to aid traceability and delivery paperwork can be forwarded to the customer once the loading process is completed, and all collections are signed for.
All orders dispatched will be confirmed to the customer, allowing them to raise invoices.
